Terms of Sale
Terms of Sale
The contract governing your purchases on this site. Where there is any difference in interpretation with our other pages, this document prevails.
Last updated: 09/09/2026
Article 1 — The seller. The products offered on this site are sold by Agadir Ritual LLC, a Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Delaware, United States, under number 10651868, with its registered office at 262 Chapman Rd, Ste 240, Newark, DE 19702, United States, trading as Klarea. Contact: support@klarea.co.uk
Article 2 — Purpose and scope. These terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in the distance sale of Klarea products to consumers. They apply to every order placed on this site, to the exclusion of any other terms. Placing an order means you accept them in full. We may amend them at any time; the terms applying to your order are the ones in force on the date you place it.
Article 3 — Products. Our products are personal hygiene articles. They are not medical devices, they are not treatments, and they do not replace advice from a healthcare professional. The essential characteristics of each product are set out on its page. Photographs are illustrative; slight variations in tone or rendering depending on your screen do not constitute a fault. Offers are valid while displayed on the site and while stocks last.
Article 4 — Prices. Prices are shown in pounds sterling, inclusive of VAT, excluding any delivery charge. For deliveries within the United Kingdom, the price you see is the price you pay: no duty, tax or additional charge can be requested on delivery. The total amount due, including delivery, is shown to you before you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm.
Article 5 — Placing an order. The order follows these steps: selecting products, reviewing your basket, entering your contact and delivery details, choosing a payment method, then final confirmation. Before confirming, you can review the detail of your order, its total price, and correct any mistakes. Confirming means you accept the price and these terms, and forms the contract. A confirmation email summarising your order is sent to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage, an unresolved previous dispute, serious suspicion of fraud, a clearly invalid address or a destination we don't serve. You are informed and refunded in full.
Article 6 — Payment. Payment is due immediately on ordering. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Transactions are secured and handled by our payment providers. At no point do we have access to your full card details, which do not pass through our servers. The order is only processed once payment has cleared. If your bank declines authorisation, the order is automatically cancelled.
Article 7 — Delivery. Products ship from our international logistics partners' warehouses to the address you provide. Your order is handed to the carrier within 48 working hours, then delivered within 6 to 10 working days. This is an estimate and may vary through the year. Delivery is currently free across the UK. This is a limited-time commercial offer that may end at any point; any applicable charge is always shown in your basket before payment. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Klarea remains responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession, including where transport is handled by a third party. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
Article 8 — Title and risk. Products remain our property until the price is paid in full. Under section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a third party you have named other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
Article 9 — Cancelling before dispatch. You have 24 hours from confirming your order to request cancellation, provided it has not yet been handed to the carrier. The refund is then in full. This commercial facility does not limit your statutory right to cancel under Article 10. Details are on our Cancellation Policy page.
Article 10 — Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the goods to cancel, without giving a reason and without penalty. Where an order contains several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. To exercise it, notify us of your decision by a clear statement to support@klarea.co.uk before the deadline. You may use the model form at Article 16, but you don't have to. You must send the product back within 14 days of that notification. Direct return costs are yours, except where the product is faulty, not as described, or where we got the order wrong.
Extended commercial guarantee. Klarea additionally gives you 30 days from delivery to request a return. This guarantee sits on top of your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Article 11 — Hygiene exception to the right to cancel. Our tips come into direct contact with the ear canal and are delivered individually sealed, with a clear notice on the seal. Under Regulation 28(3)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery. An intact seal is therefore the condition for accepting a return of the tips. The handle, case and accessories are not covered by this restriction. This exception never applies to a faulty product, one not as described, or one sent in error.
Article 12 — Refunds. Refunds are issued no later than 14 days from the date we recover the product or the date you supply proof of its dispatch, whichever comes first. They go to the payment method used at checkout, at no charge. Original delivery costs are refunded at the standard delivery rate. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
Article 13 — Your statutory rights. Independently of the commercial guarantee at Article 10, you have the following rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you have a short-term right to reject within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. After those 30 days and within the first six months, you can require a repair or replacement; if that fails, you are entitled to a refund, which may be reduced to reflect your use of the product. You may bring a claim for up to six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and five years in Scotland. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
Article 14 — Precautions and liability. Our products must be used in accordance with the precautions printed on the packaging. Never insert them deeply into the ear canal. Keep out of reach of young children; use by a child requires adult supervision. If you have pain, discharge, hearing difficulty, a known perforated eardrum, hearing aids or a suspected earwax blockage, see a healthcare professional before use. We are not liable for use that does not follow the stated precautions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer.
Article 15 — Force majeure. Neither party is liable for a failure resulting from an event beyond its reasonable control. The affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. If it continues beyond thirty days, either party may terminate the contract, and the order is refunded in full.
Article 16 — Model cancellation form. To be completed and returned to us only if you wish to cancel the contract.
